Menstrual Cycle

..When menstrual cycle is concerned, the most popular question would be the relatioship between the four hormones: FSH, LH, oestrogen and progesterone...which one increase first..and the negative feedback mechanism !!...and of course how they are related and involve in the development of follicles and the development of endometrium wall...
...and most of the time the cycle given is 28 days..(you respond to the question!!)
