Student should be able to :

i. Identify the parts of the heart and their respective functions.

ii. Observe its function and corelate it with its function.

 

Take note :
Mitral valve is also known as *Bicuspid valve
Aortic valve and Pulmonic valve ,both are also known as *Semi lunar valve.
Superior vena cava = Anterior vena cava
Inferior vena cava = Posterior vena cava

Direction of flow for oxygenated blood and deoxygenated blood. You may use different colour to differentiate.
